Providing the following information will make the resolution of errors the fastest possible.

Describe in detail information of other programs/utilities which are not part of native AutoCAD or Revit. Also the exact sequence of activities that led to the problem and the exact error message, if one appeared.
Please include screen shots of error messages.
In AutoCAD please include the entire command history.
If your problem concerns a particular drawing/family or model, please include a copy or link to the file. Contact me to arrange a transfer location for large files.
