We appreciate your help in solving any problems with our products, despite rigorous product testing, some problems simply cannot be detected in advance. Let us know if you discover a bug in our software and we will endeavour to solve the problem.
Providing the following information will make the resolution of errors the fastest possible.
- Describe in detail information of other programs/utilities which are not part of native AutoCAD or Revit. Also the exact sequence of activities that led to the problem and the exact error message, if one appeared.
- Please include screen shots of error messages.
- In AutoCAD please include the entire command history.
- If your problem concerns a particular drawing/family or model, please include a copy or link to the file. Contact me to arrange a transfer location for large files.
